This notice is to provide you with the most recent update (from their visit to site today, Tuesday 18^th July) from Pestgone (pest Control contractor), which is as follows:

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the estate including all communal areas internally external areas including Inner and Outer Greens, communal Gardens and Bin Stores, with no further evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed, good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection. Staff have reported no issues since previous inspection, all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits.

Notice: Important Notice to Residents – Update on Pest Control’s visit to Site today – 18th July 2023

This notice is to advise the Estate Office received notification this morning from a resident who had items fall from the balcony above and into their Ground Floor Garden on Saturday 15th and where their granddaughter was playing when one such item landed (Lantern, please see photo), which could have seriously injured her.

Saturday 15th July was extremely windy and any items which are not secured will be moved by the wind.

The current weather is unpredictable, please ensure that any items placed in your balcony is secure. Your assistance with this is very much appreciated in advance. 

Notice: Notice to Residents – Items Placed In or On Balconies Need To Be Secured – 18th July 2023

This notice is to advise that a large low-lying branch need to be removed from one of the trees in the Inner Green, under the umbrella of Health and Safety. I can also confirm that I have brought this to the attention of the Tree Surgeons at Wandsworth Borough Council and requested they attend and Make Safe this tree. We have placed cones by the tree on the Inner Green to identify the tree as a hazard and until such time this large low-lying branch has been removed (please see following photos which were taken this morning, 14^th July 2023).

Notice: Notice to Residents – Tree in Inner Green – Large Low-Lying Branch – Tree Surgeons Instructed To Attend & Make Safe

This notice is to advise you, that damaged communal fencing, which fall under Health & Safety Priority 1’s & 2’s on site, have been identified and the findings collated. These findings are now the subject of the tendering process in compliance with the Goulden House Co-Operative Ltd Procurement Policy. The tendering process will take approximately 28 days to complete, which is as per process. Once the successful tender/contractor has been appointed, notification will be issued to the site to advise on commencement date for the fencing repairs/replacements to be undertaken. Provision for these works is in the current budget.

May I take this opportunity, to thank each and everyone of our residents who have undertaken works to their gardens/ cut back overgrown bushes etc, which will allow these works to run smoothly, your endeavours are so very much appreciated.

Notice: Notice to Residents – Communal Fencing – Tendering Stage

This notice is to advise that your newly appointed Gardening & Grounds Contractor, MMX Garden and Property Services Ltd, undertook their first maintenance visit yesterday (11th July), their focus was Winders Road, overgrown bushes adjacent to Goulden House Approach Car Park, Inner Green Lawn, and the removal of weeds from the entire site and what a difference their work made to the site yesterday. The MMX team commented on the “thank you”, which they received from residents throughout the day regarding their work.

MMX will be back on site in two weeks’ time (their contract stipulates two visits per month in regrowth season) and their focus will be the Outer Green, Diamond Area, and all hedges.

It is wonderful to see the Grounds being returned to how they should look, and it may take a few visits to get the grounds to the standard where we wish them to be, but yesterday’s visit was a very good start.

This notice is to advise that we have successfully completed the Tendering Process for the Gardening & Grounds Contractor.

The Tendering Process was undertaken in compliance with the Goulden House Co-Operative Ltd Procurement Policy, and the successful tender has been appointed.

Your new Gardening & Grounds Contractor is called MMX Garden and Property Services Ltd and their first visit to site will be on Tuesday 11^th July 2023.

We thank you for your patience whilst the Tendering Process was undertaken, it has been very much appreciated.

This notice is to provide you with the most recent update from Pestgone (pest Control contractor), from their visit today, which is as follows:

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises, including all internal communal areas and landings. Eternal areas, including both Inner and Outer Greens, Communal Gardens and Bin Stores, during our increased visits to site over the past month.  We have seen a steady decrease in activity levels across the estate, this coupled with restructural and remedial work across the estate, have had a dramatic impact on the reduction of activity levels across all areas. All bait stations have been fully serviced, with bait replenished and refreshed where needed, good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection and staff have reported no issues since previous inspection. Bait Stations have been increased across the estate to allow greater coverage and control.  All baiting points have also had baits increased to allow full capacity monitoring. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits”.
