We are currently experiencing a heatwave; temperatures are expected to rise this week.
High temperatures commence tomorrow, Wednesday, predicted to be 32 degrees, Thursday, predicted to be 35 degrees and Friday predicted to be 30 degrees.
The opening of the Estate Office is determined by the temperature, when the temperatures rises to 30 degrees or is in excess of 30 degrees, the Estate Office is very difficult to work in, hence why, in high temperatures, office staff work from home, from a Health, Safety and Wellbeing perspective.
Please be assured that there will be no deviation from our business as office phones are diverted to the Estate Manager’s Mobile, please email as normal. Our Agency Cleaning Staff will be coming in earlier to undertake their duties and will be leaving earlier, due to the excessive heat, our Agency Staff will be supported on site by their supervisor.
