This notice is to advise residents of Pestgone’s inspection of the site on 10th April 2024, which is as follows:

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises including all internal communal areas external grounds including building perimeters bin stores and communal areas with no evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection staff have reported no issues since previous inspection all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits.”

URGENT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER 01/175824/24

Breaking & Entering & Criminal Damage to Ball Court on Wednesday 3rd April at 15.25

This notice is to advise all residents that the Ball Court was broken into yesterday by two adults, who were accompanied by young children and Forced Entry was gained via the use of bolt cutters. The Ball Court is currently undergoing a full refurbishment and remains closed during these works, in compliance with Health & Safety. The Metropolitan Police have authorised the placement of these notices on the Ball Court and on Social Media, as a Criminal Offence has been committed. CCTV footage has already been provided to the Met Police and this crime is currently an active police investigation.

The contractor undertaking these works have also been advised of the forced entry to the Ball Court and the Crime Reference Number.

Notice to Community Ball Court Users

The Community Ball Court has been closed, under Health & Safety, due to the damaged Astro Turf.

However, I can advise that the Works Order has been raised to the contractor (Pyramids Construction) to undertake the full refurbishment of the Community Ball Court, as approved by Wandsworth Borough Council.

We shall keep you updated on the progress of the refurbishment, i.e. commencement and completion dates for these works.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Notice – Estate Office Closure on Monday, 26th February 2024 – Emergency First Aid at Work Training Course

Notice to Residents

The Estate Office will be closed on  Monday, 26th February as staff will be at an Emergency First Aid at Work Training Course.  This is an all day Training Course.

You can still contact the Estate Office via email at [email protected] and Wandsworth Borough Council Out of Hours on 020 8871 7490 but only in the event of an emergency.

 

Lift Refurbishment Works – Changes to Completion Dates advised by Wandsworth Borough Council

Wandsworth Borough Council have issued a letter to all the residents to advise of change to completion dates for Lift H116, which would impact the start and finish dates for Lifts H115 and H114.

The revised completion date for Lift H116 is now 5th January 2024.

For Lift H115 the start date is 8th January 2024 and finish date 5th April 2024.

For Lift H114 the start date is 8th April 2024 and finish date is 5th July 2024.

If you have any mobility or access issues whilst these works are taking place, please the Co-Op Management Team on 020 7924 5213.

In the event of an emergency, please contact Joint Control Centre on 020 8871 7490 which is fully staffed 24 hours/7 days a week.

The lift department can be contacted on 020 8871 7042 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.

Christmas and New Year Notice to Residents – 2023/24

This is to advise that the Estate Office will be closed for the Christmas week. The Estate Office will operate as normal until 5 pm on Friday, 22nd December.

The Estate Office will then be closed from Monday, 25th of December 2023, until Monday, 1st January 2023.

The Estate Office will re-open and operate at normal hours from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.

This has been approved by the Goulden House Management Committee and Wandsworth Borough Council has been updated accordingly.

AS OF TODAY, 12TH DECEMBER 2023, THE COMMUITY BALL COURT WILL BE OPENED DAILY AT 9 AM AND WILL BE CLOSED AT 4.45 DAILY (DUSK), TO ENSURE THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF ALL WHO UTILISE IT. 

 THE TIMINGS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. THIS DECISION HAS BEEN APPROVED BY WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL.
