Leaseholders
The service charges you pay for cleaning, caretaking and grounds maintenance are calculated by the council who will send the service charge bill to you in the normal way.
Leaseholders who are subletting their property have responsibility of informing their tenants about the Co-ops rules and to show them all the amenities and facilities available.
Every year after the accounts are audited by Wandsworth council who will send you your service charges bill. Standing orders is the payment method mostly recommended.
Please note that any nuisance caused by sub tenants will not be tolerated and will be dealt directly with the leaseholder and Wandsworth council. Nuisance such and loud noise, anti social behaviour, harassment is in breech of the lease agreement and the cooperative will be doing every thing with the legal frame work to make sure the matter is addressed.
It is recommended that the leaseholders or sub-tenant should contact the cooperative’s office to get their details registered in the residents database-in an event such as leak; we may need to contact you immediately.
Any major diy/property alteration should be reported to the co-op office with detailed plans – unauthorised work is in breech of the lease agreement.
