Watering of Plants on Balconies

This notice is to advise that when you are watering plants on your balcony, please be mindful of any excess water spilling over your balcony and into the balcony below/gardens on Ground Floor.
The Estate Office have been advised of a number of incidents where, furniture on balconies below have been soaked and clothing in Ground Floor Flats needed to be re-washed, because of the excess water falling from the watering of plants, on balconies above.

Annual Clearance of Flat Roof

This notice is to advise the Annual Clearance of the Flat Roof will be undertaken on Monday 28th July.
The Roof Clearance will be undertaken by OSPM, in compliance with CDM Regulations (Working at Height).
The clearance of the Flat Roof will take a considerable number of hours on Monday 28th July, please ensure that if your bedrooms can be seen from the Flat Roof, that you close your curtains please.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – PEST CONTROL UPDATE FROM PESTGONE’S INSPECTION OF THE SITE

TUESDAY 8th July 2025

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises, including all internal communal areas, external grounds, and building perimeters, bin stores, inner and outer greens, and communal gardens, with no further evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. All bait stations have been fully serviced, with bait replenished and refreshed where needed, good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection, staff have reported no issues since previous inspection, all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits”.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – CAN UK LTD – INSPECTION OF THE STRUCTURE – BLOCK A

CAN UK LTD will be commencing on Block A on Tuesday of this week (24th June)

As per letter dated 2nd June, from Wandsworth Borough Council, CAN UK Ltd (ABSEIL Team), will be commencing in Block A, tomorrow morning (Tuesday 24th June) from 8 am until 5 pm. The work will generally include inspections and investigations of cracked and spalled areas of concrete to the external fabric of the building which were previously made safe in August 2023.

The works will run for approximately 4 working weeks with an anticipation completion date of 27th June 2025, the working hours will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This will mean that operatives will be passing or suspended in front of your windows whilst they undertake works. With this said, I would encourage you to close your curtains/blinds/windows or make provisions to retain your privacy and security.

Dear Residents,

Our community is strongest when we look out for one another. The Safer Neighbourhoods team is working hard to tackle drug-related anti-social behaviour in the area, but they need your help.

If you witness any incidents or have information that could assist the police, please report it. Every report matters and helps the authorities take the right steps to make our neighbourhood safer.

How you can help:

  • Report any suspicious activity to the police via 101 or online at Met Police Reporting.
  • In emergencies, always call 999.
  • Share information with the Safer Neighbourhoods team at local meetings or anonymously via Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
