Wandsworth Borough Council is holding a FREE MEGA SKIP DAY on 27th January 2024 from 9 am to 12 noon. The location is on Shuttleworth Road SW11 3 DL between Edna Street and Ursula Street.
Lift Refurbishment Works – Changes to Completion Dates advised by Wandsworth Borough Council
Wandsworth Borough Council have issued a letter to all the residents to advise of change to completion dates for Lift H116, which would impact the start and finish dates for Lifts H115 and H114.
The revised completion date for Lift H116 is now 5th January 2024.
For Lift H115 the start date is 8th January 2024 and finish date 5th April 2024.
For Lift H114 the start date is 8th April 2024 and finish date is 5th July 2024.
If you have any mobility or access issues whilst these works are taking place, please the Co-Op Management Team on 020 7924 5213.
In the event of an emergency, please contact Joint Control Centre on 020 8871 7490 which is fully staffed 24 hours/7 days a week.
The lift department can be contacted on 020 8871 7042 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
Christmas and New Year Notice to Residents – 2023/24
This is to advise that the Estate Office will be closed for the Christmas week. The Estate Office will operate as normal until 5 pm on Friday, 22nd December.
The Estate Office will then be closed from Monday, 25th of December 2023, until Monday, 1st January 2023.
The Estate Office will re-open and operate at normal hours from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
This has been approved by the Goulden House Management Committee and Wandsworth Borough Council has been updated accordingly.

AS OF TODAY, 12TH DECEMBER 2023, THE COMMUITY BALL COURT WILL BE OPENED DAILY AT 9 AM AND WILL BE CLOSED AT 4.45 DAILY (DUSK), TO ENSURE THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF ALL WHO UTILISE IT.
THE TIMINGS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. THIS DECISION HAS BEEN APPROVED BY WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Pest Control Briefing – Pestgone’s Inspection of Goulden House today 7th November 2023
This Notice is to advise that the following report pertains to Pestgone’s inspection of the site today (7th November 2023):
“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises, including all internal communal areas which have shown no evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity, all internal bin stores which again show no evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity and all external areas, including both Inner and outer greens and Estate perimeters along with communal gardens and storage units with light evidence of rat activity found within the Inner green communal external bin stores only which have shown medium levels of bait take within bait stations located within this area. A significant reduction in activity levels have been noted throughout the entire site with prompt and proactive maintenance from on site management team and in house cleaning teams, managing the hygiene levels site wide which is greatly impacting in the success of ongoing treatments on site. All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed, good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection, staff have reported no further issues or concerns. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits”.
Interruption of Water Supply in Block C Tuesday 7th November at 9 AM
This is to advise that your water supply will be interrupted on Tuesday 7th November in the morning at 9 AM.
The reason for this is because we need to switch the water off in order for works to be undertaken to restore a communal water supply to the 4th Floor. The works will be undertaken as quickly as will be possible and we will advise you as soon as the water is switched back on.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and your assistance with this is very much appreciated in advance.
