No items should be stored in the communal areas. This includes the lift lobby and stairwells. If you leave items in these areas, they will now be cleared and disposed of without warning as per decision at the General Meeting on Tuesday 16th June. The latter in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of your lease and in compliance with Health, Safety, Fire & Smoke Regulations.
If you have not removed the items from the Communal Areas, Disposal Notices will be placed on them, the latter to provide identification to the designated contactor, for their removal.
