”Following the ongoing Section 20 consultation for the Goulden House Ventilation Project, leaseholders who previously submitted a ballot response to opt out of the Council’s scheme may still revise their decision.
If, having reviewed the updated information, you now wish to opt in to the Council’s scheme, you will need to formally confirm this by completing and submitting a new ballot form.
The deadline to submit a revised ballot response is 20 July 2026. Responses received after this date may not be considered.
Leaseholders are reminded that:
• The original ballot responses formed part of the consultation process and were not treated as final, binding agreements.
• You are therefore able to change your initial decision before the close of the consultation period.
• Submission of a revised ballot form at this stage remains part of the consultation process and does not constitute a binding agreement.
• A formal agreement will be issued separately for your review and approval should you choose to proceed.
If you are considering changing your decision, please ensure that you have read the Information Sheet carefully, which explains:
• the difference between opting in and opting out,
• your responsibilities under each option, and
• the costs associated with both communal works and individual dwelling installations
Important:
All leaseholders will be required to contribute towards the communal block works, regardless of whether they opt in or opt out.

• by post using the instructions provided, or
• by scanning the QR code and submitting your response electronically
