Throwing Cigarette Ends From 4Th Floor To Flats Below

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

Smoking and discarding of cigarette ends inside the building is strictly prohibited, as it is a serious Health, Safety and Fire Hazard.  Discarding of cigarette ends in and around the 4^th Floor walkway is not permitted and throwing cigarette ends, which are still alight, from the 4^th Floor to the flats below is extremely dangerous to both the residents who reside below and to their properties

Please dispose of your cigarette ends responsibly which will ensure your safety and the safety of others and their properties.
