The Goulden House Co-operative holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every summer, and this year’s event is just around the corner.
The meeting starts at 7pm on Tuesday 19th September 2023.
There are standard agenda items at each meeting, but residents can also ask questions of the management team and committee during the meeting.

The summer AGM is also when the management committee holds elections and this year is actively looking for new members to join this group of volunteers. If you are a leaseholder (resident or non-resident), or a council tenant, you are eligible. Complete a nomination form by Friday 15 September and drop it into the office (or email to [email protected]). The committee performs a vital role in running Goulden House so please, if you can spare a couple of hours a few times a year, please consider joining.
