NOTICE
CRIME REFERENCE NO CAD 1795 OF THE 28TH OF JUNE 2022
This is to advise that the Metropolitan Police have been made aware of the smoking of cannabis in the stairwell in Block C, as per Crime Reference No above.
Residents who witness anyone smoking cannabis in the stairwell should dial 999 to report the incident, as instructed by the Metropolitan Police.
The Estate Office will be closed on Thursday, 2nd June and Friday, 3rd June and will re-open as usual at 9 am on Monday 6th June.

Smoking and discarding of cigarette ends inside the building is strictly prohibited, as it is a serious Health, Safety and Fire Hazard. Discarding of cigarette ends in and around the 4th Floor walkway is not permitted and throwing cigarette ends, which are still alight, from the 4th Floor to the flats below is extremely dangerous to both the residents who reside below and to their properties.

Residents are asked to take note of the notices from the Met Police regarding Anti-Social Behaviour and Drug Misuse at Goulden House
Residents should never put themselves at risk.
This notice is to advise the remedial works to address the identified risks to the Communal Fire Doors, as documented in the most recent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) will commence on Monday 6th of June 2022. The contractor undertaking the remedial works are Keens and the duration of the works will be a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 6 weeks. The remedial works will commence in Block C, then Block B and finally Block A.

Please see attached copy of Formal Reminder which is currently being circulated to flat owners who are yet to provide their documentation pertaining to their flat door compliance. The Formal Reminder is being issued to the flat owners who reside on site and via email to the owners who reside off site.

The issuing of the Formal Reminder is at the direct request of Wandsworth Borough Council.

This notice is to advise you that an independent pole scaffold will be erected on site, the week commencing 28th February, to undertake structural repairs to spalled concrete. Please note the area has been made safe by Engineer.
The independent pole scaffold will be erected (weather permitting) on external section of Fire Stairwell, which is adjacent to the Bike Shelter, Block C, to address the remedial repairs. The duration of these works will be approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting).
