This notice is to advise that a Thames Water Engineer attended Block C this morning to further investigate the low water pressure, which a number of our residents are experiencing in Block C.
Thames Water Engineer has confirmed that two jobs have been raised for the OSV’s (Outside Stop Valves) to be dug out/made operable (Reference No: 31843404 09/09/22), the locations of these valves are as follows and Thames Water have advised that works will hopefully commence in 7 days:

As you are aware the temperature yesterday and today are record breaking temperatures, due to this it has and will affect the operation and reliability of the lifts.

This is to advise that the Metropolitan Police have been made aware of the smoking of cannabis in the stairwell in Block C, as per Crime Reference No above.
Residents who witness anyone smoking cannabis in the stairwell should dial 999 to report the incident, as instructed by the Metropolitan Police.
The Estate Office will be closed on Thursday, 2nd June and Friday, 3rd June and will re-open as usual at 9 am on Monday 6th June.

Smoking and discarding of cigarette ends inside the building is strictly prohibited, as it is a serious Health, Safety and Fire Hazard. Discarding of cigarette ends in and around the 4th Floor walkway is not permitted and throwing cigarette ends, which are still alight, from the 4th Floor to the flats below is extremely dangerous to both the residents who reside below and to their properties.

This notice is to advise the remedial works to address the identified risks to the Communal Fire Doors, as documented in the most recent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) will commence on Monday 6th of June 2022. The contractor undertaking the remedial works are Keens and the duration of the works will be a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 6 weeks. The remedial works will commence in Block C, then Block B and finally Block A.
