The Estate Office will be closed on Monday 19th September 2022, Bank Holiday and will reopen as usual at 9am on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

Estate Parking Permit Renewal

Many of the car park permits are due for renewal in September so this notice is a reminder that you should now complete the application form and obtain a new permit for your vehicle.

All request for parking permits must be made 5 days in advance.  Parking permit Application Forms can be collected from the office or downloaded as PDF documents from the Wandsworth council website.

The same form is used for renewals as for new applications.

Once you complete the form, bring it to the estate office with the documention required where it will be processed and your car park permit issued.

Note that parking enforcement is carried out by Wandsworth council by the same team that patrols street parking. Residents should not allow their permits to expire if they are using the Goulden House car parks as a penalty charge notice may be issued by Wandsworth.

Lift H116 (Block C)

Lift Engineers have been instructed to attend and investigate why Lift H116 (Block C) is not stopping on Third Floor (Block C), WBC have instructed the Lift Engineers to attend today.

Office Closure 2-9-2022

Goulden House in Early Spring

Due to unforeseen circumstances it is not possible to open the office on 2nd September 2022. However staff are working remotely so residents may call the office for any assistance they need.

 

Low Water Pressure Block C

This notice is to advise that a Thames Water Engineer attended Block C this morning to further investigate the low water pressure, which a number of our residents are experiencing in Block C.

Thames Water Engineer has confirmed that two jobs have been raised for the OSV’s (Outside Stop Valves) to be dug out/made operable (Reference No: 31843404 09/09/22), the locations of these valves are as follows and Thames Water have advised that works will hopefully commence in 7 days:

Heat Wave – Lifts

As you are aware the temperature yesterday and today are record breaking temperatures, due to this it  has and will affect the operation and reliability of the lifts.

If you are trapped in a lift, call the council emergency helpline (24 hours): 020 8871 8999.

 

Staffing Update 15th July 2022

Please be advised that due to the increasing temperatures, office-based staff will be working from home
on Monday 18
th July and Tuesday 19th July. Cleaning Staff will be on site but on reduced hours during
this period.
Office Staff will pick up calls to the Estate Office via their mobiles.

CRIME REFERENCE NO CAD 1795 OF THE 28TH OF JUNE 2022

This is to advise that the Metropolitan Police have been made aware of the smoking of cannabis in the stairwell in Block C, as per Crime Reference No above. 

Residents who witness anyone smoking cannabis in the stairwell should dial 999 to report the incident, as instructed by the Metropolitan Police.
