Notice to Residents – Bank Holiday King’s Coronation Weekend – 8th May

The Estate Office will be closed on Monday 8th May for the King’s Coronation Bank Holiday.

The Estate Office will also be closed on Tuesday 9th May as Estate Office Staff are on an external training course (Fire Safety Training). The Estate Office will re-open as normal on Wednesday 10th May at 9 am.

Scaffold Tower April 2023

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

 

This notice is to advise residents that a scaffold tower will be erected in the communal walkway which serves Flat 7 and Flat 8 and 1 meter into the garden of Flat 8 (Winders Road).

The scaffold tower will be erected on Wednesday, 26th April to undertake repairs to a section of the external structure (flashing etc.) of the site.

Fly Tipping in Bin Store in Inner Green

Could the resident who has placed the following item in the Bin Store in the Inner Green, please engage with the Estate Office immediately. This is Fly Tipping and a Criminal Offence and carries a large fine as well as a criminal record. Please be advised that this section of the site is covered by CCTV and we will provide the footage to both Wandsworth Borough Council and the Metropolitan Police before close of business today.
