This Notice is to advise that the following report pertains to Pestgone’s inspection of the site today (12th August 2025):
“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises including both inner and outer greens internal and external bin stores subentries communal areas and communal gardens with extremely light evidence of rat activity found within areas around flats 14 with a total site bait consumption of around 25% found as this is an external area this is to be expected emphasis is on controlling and elimination of any pest issues arising on site which I am confident is being achieved. Good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection.Staff have reported no issues since previous inspection all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits.”
