The following is the update from Pest Control (Nightshift Pest Control) attendance at Goulden House on Monday 17th August 2026.
“Attended site to carry out routine pest control inspection of the property, on arrival we have signed visitor book in the estate office/reception and being informed of current issues by Estate Manager. We have been hosted by site maintenance to all reported areas.
We have carried out routine pest control inspection of all accessible communal areas alongside maintenance who gave us access to all reported areas for any evidence of pest activity and conditions that may be leading to pest activity. We have checked all accessible bait monitoring stations no evidence of rodents’ activity found at the time of today’s inspection, no bait consumption noted. We have inspected all 3 x bins stores. Nightshift will continue to monitor the situation.”
