DO NOT DISCARD CIGARETTE ENDS/ASH FROM YOUR BALCONIES – THIS COULD COST A PERSON/PERSONS THEIR LIVES
The Estate Office has YET AGAIN been advised that cigarette ends/ash, is being dropped from a balcony above into the garden of the flat below and this is not the first time this has occurred in this location of the site. This could so easily have started a fire which could have had profound consequences for other residents. In this instance, the lit cigarette end landed on the plastic patio table and burnt it.
Discarding cigarette ends/ash from your balconies is prohibited and can cause a fire/injury or worse. Please dispose of your cigarette ends/ash responsibly and consider the impact your actions are having on your fellow residents and their properties.
