Leaseholders are required to have suitable fire doors at the entrance to their property. Letters are being issued this week to the remaining lessees, where their flat doors remain non-compliant or partially compliant, this is the Final Warning, engagement required by the Estate Office within 14
days of receipt of their letter. Non-compliance is not an option.
Important to Note the following: Documentation pertaining to the non-compliant/ partially compliant flat doors is issued to The Regulator via Wandsworth Borough Council on a monthly basis.
