This notice is to advise that the annual clearance of the flat roof will be undertaken on Monday 20th July, commencing at 9 am, the works will be done in compliance with CDM Regulations (Risk Assessment, Scope of Works & Method Statement).
Please ensure that if your windows sit directly below the Flat Roof, that you close your curtains/blinds for privacy.
The Annual Clearance of the Flat Roof was due to be undertaken a few weeks ago, however, the hot temperatures prevented this.
