URGENT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – DO NOT DISCARD CIGARETTE ENDS/ASH FROM YOUR BALCONIES – THIS IS A CLEAR BREACH OF HEALTH, SAFETY, FIRE & SMOKE REGULATIONS AND COULD COST A PERSON/PERSONS THEIR LIVES.
The Estate Office has AGAIN been advised that cigarette ends/ash, are being dropped from a balcony above onto the balcony of the flat below, this is not the first time this has occurred in this location of the site, the previous time, five fire engines were called to site to extinguish a balcony fire. Discarding cigarette ends/ash from your balconies is prohibited and can cause a fire/injury or worse. Please dispose of your cigarette ends/ash responsibly and consider the impact your irresponsible actions are having on your fellow residents and their properties.
