This notice is to advise that your water supply will be interrupted on Monday 14th September between the timings of 1 pm and 5 pm, for emergency repairs to be undertaken. The reason for this is that emergency works are required within one of the flats to repair a pipe, these works cannot be undertaken without the water switch-off. The works will be undertaken as quickly as possible and we will advise you as soon as the water is switched back on, via notices being placed through your letterboxes.
Please take the following precautions:
•Store drinking water: Keep at least three litres of water per person per day for drinking.
•Fill containers for hygiene: Fill buckets or your bathtub with water. Use this water to flush toilets manually by pouring it into the bowl.
•Protect appliances: Turn off your washing machine, dishwasher, and electric water heater. This prevents damage if the system loses pressure or drains dry.
While the Water is Off •Keep taps closed: Leave all taps completely shut. This stops water from spilling or flooding your home when the supply comes back on.
