“Routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises including both Inner and Outer Greens, communal bin stores, external bin stores, sub- entries and landings, with no further evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. Staff have reported no issues since previous inspection.
Action taken: All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed. Good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s visit; additional bait stations have been installed on the 4th floor to allow full coverage and control of the premises. Products used Jade Blocks (Active ingredient. Bromadiolone)
