This notice is to advise residents, the refurbishment of Main Entrance, Block B, will commence on Monday 22nd September at 9 am.
The refurbishment works, will be undertaken, by OSPM, in full compliance with CDM Regulations. The contractor will commence with the refurbishment of section of flooring by Main Entrance Door/painting etc, this will mean that residents or visitors will not be able to access Block B via the Main Entrance on Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th September, on these days, all access to Block B will need to be undertaken via the Rear Entrance Door to Block B, relevant notification will be placed on both Main Door and Rear Door to Block B. Once this section of the flooring is completed, the contractor will address the remaining section, and access will then move from Rear Entrance Door to Main Entrance Door.

Important to Note: Residents will be able to access the lift during these works.
