This notice is to advise residents of Pestgone’s inspection of the site on 11^th June 2024, which is as follows:

“Attended site to carry out routine inspection.  I was shown around by the premises manager and I have checked all rodent boxes and found no signs of any fresh activity.  Reported smell coming from area around 120.  We checked and could see no signs or smell any smells in the area.  Sightings reported around 83 Bullen Street after property has been refurbished and garden cleared, I have investigated and could see no signs of any activity.  I have placed an extra tamper proof rat box in this area to monitor. All bin sheds clear.  All communal areas clear.”

Notice to Residents – Update from Pestgone’s Inspection of GH on 11th June 2024

LIFT REFURBISHMENT & UPGRADE

Dear Resident,

Referring to our previous correspondence dated 4th January, we wish to inform you about the updated completion date for Lift H114. Originally scheduled for the 10th of July 2024, the new completion date is now set for the 17th of July 2024.

The change in the completion date is a result of additional work necessitated by the extent of damage found around the landing entrances. Specifically, the existing landing architraves on the ground floor needing to be replaced. We have already instructed the contractor to proceed with these essential works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our team is committed to completing the project promptly while ensuring safety and quality is achieved.

If the event of an emergency, please can you contact Joint Control Centre on 020 8871 7490 which is fully staffed 24 hours/7days a week.

The lift department can be contacted on 020 8871 7042 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm

Goulden House – Residents Letter 11th June 2024

Please be advised that the Ball Court is closed until further notice.
The closure pertains to a serious increase in Anti-Social Behaviour and
Noise Disturbance. All incidents have been reported to the relevant
authorities.
The closure of the Ball Court has been approved by Goulden House Co
Operative Ltd and Wandsworth Borough Council.
Residents will be advised on the date when the Ball Court will be re
opened.

Closure of Ball Court until Further Notice – 5th June 2024

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – REMOVAL OF BIKES FROM 4^TH FLOOR WALKWAY ON THURSDAY 27^TH JUNE FROM 10 AM UNTIL 5 PM

Please be advised that the 4^th Floor Walkway and Fire Stairwells, will be Power Washed on Thursday 27^th June at 10 am. We are providing you with 2 weeks’ notice and are requesting that bicycle owners who place their bicycles in the 4^th Floor Bike Stands, remove them before 10 am on the 27^th of June. The bicycles not removed by 10 am on the 27^th of June will result with the contractor being unable to Power Wash that section of the 4^th Floor. Any bicycles that have not been used for an exceptionally long period of time, will be disposed of via the Bulk Waste Approved Contractor.

Your assistance with this is very much appreciated in advance and our apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused. The Power Washing will be completed before 5 pm on 27^th June (same day), when you will be able to place your bicycle back in situ.

Notice to Residents – Power Washing of 4th Floor and Walkways – Thursday 27th June 2024

This is to advise you that the Store Sheds in the Walkways to Entrance A, Entrance B and Entrance C will be painted on Monday, 10^th June starting at 9 am. Access to the Store Shed will not be available until the end of the day i.e. 5pm on 10^th June to allow the paint to dry.
