This notice is to advise our residents that after a recent review of the Goulden House Co-Operative Ltd Accounts by our Accountants (Knox Cropper), the cost for the purchase of Communal Security Keys will be raised from the current £20 to £30 (including VAT) to match the current cost for the purchase of Communal Security Keys from the manufacturer (KABA).
