PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ESTATE STAFF WILL BE IN THE ESTATE OFFICE FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, BETWEEN THE TIMES OF 9 AM TO 10 AM & 4.30 PM TO 5 PM, STAFF WILL CATCH UP ON OTHER PENDING ISSUES. THIS DECISION WAS MADE BY THE GOULDEN HOUSE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE ON WEDNESDAY 24TH APRIL TO ASSIST WITH THE ESTATE OFFICE STAFF CURRENT WORKLOAD.

THE ESTATE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 1 PM UNTIL 2 PM DAILY.

Notice To Residents – May Bank Holiday – Monday 6th May 2024

The Estate Office will be closed for the Bank Holiday weekend from 5 pm on Friday 3rd May and will reopen on Tuesday 7th May at 9 am.

Notice for May Bank Holiday – Monday 6th May 2024

Notice to Residents – Pestgone’s Inspection of the Site on 10th April 2024

This notice is to advise residents of Pestgone’s inspection of the site on 10th April 2024, which is as follows:

“A routine inspection was carried out today across all areas of the premises including all internal communal areas external grounds including building perimeters bin stores and communal areas with no evidence of any recent or ongoing pest activity found. All bait stations have been fully serviced with bait replenished and refreshed where needed good levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards were found during today’s inspection staff have reported no issues since previous inspection all insect monitoring points have been inspected and show no signs of any recent or ongoing pest activity. PestGone will continue to monitor on forthcoming service visits.”

As a result of the Post Inspection of the refurbishment works by Wandsworth Borough Council and Estate Manager, the Community Ball Court is officially open from this afternoon, 9th April 2024.

URGENT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER 01/175824/24

Breaking & Entering & Criminal Damage to Ball Court on Wednesday 3rd April at 15.25

This notice is to advise all residents that the Ball Court was broken into yesterday by two adults, who were accompanied by young children and Forced Entry was gained via the use of bolt cutters. The Ball Court is currently undergoing a full refurbishment and remains closed during these works, in compliance with Health & Safety. The Metropolitan Police have authorised the placement of these notices on the Ball Court and on Social Media, as a Criminal Offence has been committed. CCTV footage has already been provided to the Met Police and this crime is currently an active police investigation.

The contractor undertaking these works have also been advised of the forced entry to the Ball Court and the Crime Reference Number.
